Small Group Yoga Classes
Looking for a more personal yoga experience? I offer one-to-one and small group sessions tailored specifically to your needs, pace, and goals — whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice.
Private classes might be a good fit if:

You're new to yoga (or Ashtanga yoga) and want to build confidence before joining a group.

You prefer individual attention and want to focus on specific areas of your practice.

Your schedule doesn’t allow for regular group classes.

You’re working with an injury or health concern and would benefit from personalised support.

You’d simply love some peaceful, dedicated time just for you.


I also offer shared private sessions:

Two-to-One: Practise with a friend and share the cost.

Three-to-One: A relaxed and personalised small-group experience.

Family Sessions: Up to 3 people (one parent plus children aged 12+). Ideal for bonding, moving, and relaxing together.
