Choosing a Class
A range of classes are available, at various times and locations. All classes are great for beginners and anyone with yoga experience too. You don’t need to be super fit or flexible — there’ll be options to suit you, whatever your age and fitness level, and wherever you’re at in your yoga journey. (If you are a complete beginner and have never attended a yoga class before, you may also benefit from a 1:1 session to help get you started.) The only thing you’ll need is to be able to get up and down from your mat comfortably.
Classes are available in 2 different yoga studio locations, class sizes are limited at each of the locations. If you are seeking a smaller class then you may wish to consider Fairbairn House (Haddington) where the maximum class size is 6 students. Class sizes at Core (Dunbar) are limited to a maximum of 10 students. This is to ensure that I am able to properly observe and help with any adjustments you may require
Ashtanga Yoga
Come along to this warm and welcoming class for a session that’ll leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. We’ll move through strengthening and energising Ashtanga postures, some gentle flows, and include breathwork (pranayama) and time to relax. Some sessions may also include brief meditation to help you fully unwind.


Ashtanga Vinyasa
This warm and welcoming class will boost your energy and build strength, leaving you feeling grounded and energised. We’ll move through dynamic Ashtanga postures, with breathwork (pranayama) and time to relax. Some classes may also include gentle flows and meditation to help you unwind.

Rise and Shine Yoga
Start the day with this peaceful class for a session that’ll boost your energy and calm your mind, leaving you feeling energised and ready for the day ahead. We’ll start with a breathwork (pranayama) practice to cleanse and strengthen your body, before moving through sun salutations and other dynamic Ashtanga postures, finishing up with meditation and/or relaxation.
Ease Into Your Day
Yoga
Start the day gently with this class and harmonise your mind and body, leaving you feeling energised and calm. We’ll start with a grounding breathwork (pranayama) practice, before moving through some gentle movements to ease into the day, before a little more dynamic yoga, finishing up with relaxation.


Women's Yoga for Empowerment
This warm and welcoming class is particularly suitable if you find being instructed to do things with your body physically and/or emotionally uncomfortable. During this class various suggestions for movement and poses are offered, you are fully empowered to do just as you wish and remain in the driving seat at all times. Sensory stimulation will be kept minimal and I will remain on my mat throughout class.
